Common questions
What counts as a PDF upload?
Each credit card statement PDF you upload counts as one upload. Failed or rejected uploads do not count against your quota.
Does the quota reset monthly?
Yes. Your quota resets on the 1st of each calendar month (UTC). Unused uploads do not carry over.
How does annual billing work?
Choose annual billing and pay 12 months upfront at a discounted rate — up to 27% off vs monthly. You can switch cycles anytime from Settings.
What is Multi-Profile Management?
Pro, Advisor, and Max plans let you create multiple profiles — perfect for families or financial advisors managing several people's statements under one account. Share a magic link so others can upload and view data under your plan.
Who is the Advisor plan for?
Financial planners, accountants, and anyone managing statements for multiple people or clients. 50 uploads per month and unlimited profiles cover most practices comfortably.
What if 50 uploads isn't enough?
The Max plan removes the upload cap entirely — unlimited PDFs and unlimited profiles for high-volume practices and power users.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately. Manage your subscription from the in-app Plans page.
